# PFW/SS21 | It's Fake Until it's Real

KidSuper’s first OFFICIAL Paris Fashion week and first Virtual fashion week. This was a monumental moment for the brand to be finally recognized on the official calendar but also marked a monumental moment in Fashion history. For the first time ever fashion week was virtual. This was an opportunity for a small brand to compete with the big brands. KidSuper presented the new collection in first of its kind a stop motion fashion show with dolls. This was the perfect moment to showcase KidSuper’s ingenuity and uniqueness and finally put KidSuper amongst the biggest brands in the world.

# PFW/AW20 | Running as Fast as you can

KidSuper’s second unofficial Paris Fashion Week show was inspired by the idea that on a day to day basis we are not pushing ourselves to our ultimate potential, we are not running as fast as we can. The show featured a giant video cube that displayed video of everyday people getting up and sprinting. This showed the Fédération de la Haute Couture that KidSuper was here to stay.

# PFW/SS20 | Bull in a China Shop

KidSuper’s first unofficial Paris Fashion week show displayed at the french circus venue Cirque d’Hiver Bouglione. Inspired by Colm Dillane’s Spanish roots, the stage of the circus was set like a bull fighting ring, where models dressed in Matador-like looks and bull masked circled the ring. The Bull In A Chinashop described by Vogue as the “breakout Surprise of the Paris Menswear. This was  a defining moment for the brand as Colm Dillane describes it “we were the bull and Paris Fashion week was the Chinashop, we weren’t necessarily supposed to be there, but with enough effort and talent we were going to make make a lot of noise.”

# KidSuper Factory : Recyling

KidSuper’s first unofficial New York Fashion Week show and the same season Bull In A China Shop. This was a month-long installation where anyone could walk in and donate old or unwanted clothing, as the pile grew viewers were encouraged to pick clothing from the pile to make there own items. Accompanied with 40 sewing machines, the “factory” space became a hub for creators. Viewers were now part of the experience. After a month long installation the final looks were presented in a fashion show that ended in a 45ft long trench coat modeled by none other than Action Bronson. This was a project for the community by the community and will be brought back for years to come.
